Cost Analysis of Water Quality Assessment Using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach

In modern competitive markets, cost and quality parameters are the two main factors. So, it is essential to study their relationship, especially in leading industries such as urban public service companies. Consequently, manufacturers always try reduce production costs improve product services consumer expectations. Also, concerns of new century field fresh water reduction its resources related global warming have increased supply freshwater. Therefore, this research, order estimate wastewater management identify option that creates most cost, first step, “Prevention, Assessment, Failure (PAF)” model was used select cost-imposing options organizational analysis. After determining options, appropriate criteria sub-criteria were selected under area (water management). next a “Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) “ method based on “Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP)” “Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)” cost. The results show highest industry “Assessment Costs” account 36.55% total costs. lowest “Preventive accounts only 12.18% addition, expert’s opinion shows effect increasing credit with 34.01% has greatest weight, criterion management.
